Braze, Inc. is a customer engagement platform that helps businesses reach their customers through multichannel marketing like push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging, and web messaging. In January, Braze launched their new company branding and Phoenix brought it to life with digital animations showcasing their updated logo, color scheme, and overall look and feel. 

At the same time, Braze was looking to demonstrate their mission of helping brands to be ‘Absolutely Engaging.’ Phoenix designed and created a Hero video for the Braze website that demonsted the Braze platform workflow, highlighted the kinds of customers that Braze supports, and reaffirmed their status as a leader in the customer-engagement space.
